Job Summary: The Mental Health Licensed Therapist, also known as the Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA), provides assessment, triage, and treatment to individuals diagnosed with mental illnesses who may also have co-occurring substance use disorders and/or chronic health conditions using a recovery-based and trauma-informed perspective. LPHAs work in partnership with racially and culturally diverse individuals to define and facilitate their desired life outcomes. LPHAs conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide assessments of strengths, preferences, functional impairments, and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorder(s) at regular intervals to ensure optimal and personalized services. LPHAs deliver therapeutic evidence-based and best practice interventions, including, but not limited to: skills training through psycho-education and patient education strategies, individual, family, and/or group counseling, and delivering crisis services with linkages to crisis resources as needed.
This LPHA position is based out of the East 2nd Clinic and provides counseling services to adults. The primary modality used by Integral Care is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but other modalities, such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), can also be utilized. Counseling services are provided in-clinic, with clients attending sessions either in-person or via telemedicine. This position may have additional duties associated with providing bilingual communication services and may require the completion of a language competency test.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:Required:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in the Psychology/ Human Services field or similar.
License: Required:
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
Hours: Full-time.
Workdays: Monday - Friday.
Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Salary: $74,297.27 - $94,721.12 based on years of licensure.
