MEMBER OF TECHNICAL STAFF, SOFTWARE - POSITION SUMMARY:- Solve complex technical problems across the technology stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned projects and outcomes.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:- Advanced degree in a technical field - Preferred.
- Experience in multiple technology domains (e.g., backend, frontend, cloud, infrastructure).
- Track record of delivering high-impact solutions in ambiguous or evolving contexts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience solving complex technical challenges.
- Proven adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Broad understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technology domains.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and frameworks.

COMPENSATION:The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $210,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
