The RoleWe are looking for a generalist systems engineer to help build and scale the infrastructure that powers everything we do at Mirendil. You'll work across the entire full stack, owning hard problems end-to-end and collaborating directly with researchers to accelerate our work, such as model training, data pipelines, and developer tooling. Some example areas you might work on (not limited to):
- Design and maintain data infrastructure and pipelines that support research, training, and evaluation at scale
- Build developer productivity tooling, frameworks, and systems so researchers and engineers can move faster with fewer interruptions
- Contribute to core infrastructure reliability: monitoring, alerting, incident response, and on-call health
- Build and operate large-scale compute infrastructure: Kubernetes clusters with GPU workloads, scheduling systems

We offer a base salary of $350,000-$500,000 USD and a meaningful equity grant, depending on experience and background, along with competitive benefits.
