Since the advent of AI-assisted coding, there is no hard technical requirements anymore, but here are some interesting things we are working on:
- Using a combination of AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to build scalable design systems
- Knowing the difference between #1f1f1f and #1d1d1d and being nit-picky about good design
- Having excellent taste
- Using Figma when necessary
You will be a good fit if you meet all of these criteria:
- Deeply curious -- you are fascinated by the world of technology and often find yourself tinkering late into the night or early into the morning
- Hard worker -- working long hours comes naturally for you and you gain pleasure from working in an intense team that pushes you to your limits
- Low ego / humble -- no problem is too small, and you are always open to other's ideas
