Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including remote and hybrid opportunities.
Candidates must be licensed to practice in Illinois.Qualifications:- Duties and responsibilities include drafting correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters, and other documents; reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege; preparing for, attending and summarizing depositions; coordinating with witnesses; communicating with clients, courts, and other counsel.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language.
- Maintain current knowledge of Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP and other applicable codes and regulations.
- Coordinate and communicate with parties outside the Firm including clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers, and other staff.

Our current national base salary ranges are:
- Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000-$165,000;
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000-$215,000;
- Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000-$275,000+.
Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
