Full Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
  • Handle high-value personal injury cases end-to-end
  • Lead and conduct expert witness depositions (critical responsibility)
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
  • Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings
  • Work closely with medical experts and liability specialists
  • Analyze medical records and case evidence
  • Provide client guidance throughout the case lifecycle
  • Collaborate internally on case strategy and litigation execution
Experience You Will Need
  • Active California Bar license (mandatory)
  • Strong litigation background (Medical Malpractice preferred)
  • Proven experience in:
    • Expert depositions (MUST HAVE / high priority)
    • Litigation drafting (pleadings, motions, discovery)
    • Depositions, hearings, and case handling
  • Strong exposure to:
    • Medical records & expert witnesses
    • Liability analysis
  • Ability to transition into Personal Injury litigation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
