Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical
examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests
• Accurately document patient encounters, progress notes, and other relevant information
in electronic medical records or other documentation systems.
• Advising patients on preventative care and optimal health practices
• Ensure quality of tests being performed
• Analyze and interpret test results i.e. pft, chest x-rays, abi's, EKGs, etc...
• Refer patients for further diagnostic testing as needed
• Relay information between clinics and physicians as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Doctoral degree (M. D., Doctor of Medicine or D.O., Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine)
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
• Prefer Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Adult and Geriatric patient population experience
• Excellent judgment and discretion, ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously,
and meet deadlines
• Detail oriented while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess a wide range of medical conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and procedures
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
