Veterinary Medical Director - Worthington Woods Animal Care Center | Worthington (Columbus), Ohio

Worthington Woods Animal Care Center is seeking an experienced DVM to lead our fun, hardworking clinical team! The Medical Director role combines hands on patient care with leadership of our DVM team and medical support staff. In collaboration with our hospital management team, the medical director is responsible for providing excellent patient and client care, mentoring associate veterinarians, and maintaining our positive, team-centric culture.

  • Has strong communication skills and a desire to foster lasting relationships with clients, their pets, and other WWACC team members
  • Takes pride in their work and strives to provide a memorable client experience with each appointment
  • Has a willingness to guide, mentor, and be a member of the team
  • Must be proficient at medicine, general surgery, and dentistry
  • Prefer five plus years of clinical experience in small animal medicine
  • Ohio veterinary license, or ability to obtain one
