The Role
As Medical Director, you will:
• Deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care
• Lead by example in providing high-quality, evidence-based medicine
• Support, mentor, and develop associate veterinarians and support staff
• Ensure consistency in medical standards and patient care
• Partner with hospital leadership to drive growth and operational excellence
• Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and teamwork
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients and the community
• Help create a hospital where both patients and team members thrive

Schedule Designed for Balance
We believe great leadership requires balance, which is why our doctors work:
• 4 clinical days per week
• Only 1 Saturday every 4 weeks
• Predictable rotating schedules
