What You'll Accomplish:- Optimize Patient Throughput: Effectively manage patient flow in the MSSU, enhancing throughput, reducing unnecessary admissions, and enabling timely discharges.
- Drive Improved Health Outcomes: Use your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, short-stay care that preempts more intensive interventions.
- Refine and Elevate Care Protocols: Within your first six months, you'll lead initiatives to streamline processes, improving both efficiency and patient satisfaction.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.
