As the Medical Director, you will work under the guidance of the field management team and oversee the medical quality and patient care provided by all doctors within the hospital. In this key leadership role, you will also be part of the hospital's management team, contributing to its overall financial success. You will set and drive the hospital's strategic direction to ensure positive outcomes. Approximately 30% of your time will be dedicated to leadership responsibilities, with the remaining 70% focused on clinical duties as a staff veterinarian.

This is an outstanding opportunity to continue practicing medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital like an owner would, but without the risks of ownership.     • Monday - Friday: 9 am - 7 pm
    • Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm

  • The annual salary range for this position is $180k - $220k, dependent on experience.
  • This position is eligible for a signing bonus of $25,000.
  • Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.
  • This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
