What is the role?
Are you passionate about driving medical excellence across a dynamic region? We are looking for a Medical Affairs Coordinator to support strategic medical initiatives that impact healthcare across the North America region
In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional and local Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, effective, and efficient operations. You will play a key role in key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, medical review activities, and medical information services - helping ensure that every interaction upholds scientific integrity and company standards.
What are the key responsibilities?
• Support Key KOL Engagements: Event planning and coordination, coordinate and negotiate agreements with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for advisory boards, peer-to-peer programs, and other engagements.Financial & Budget Oversight: Manage purchase orders, process invoices, and oversee payments to ensure budget accuracy and compliance.
• Medical & Cross-functional Support: Partner with the NAMedical Affairs team on medical promotional review, educational content, and other cross-functional projects.
• Medical Information Services: Track, triage and support medical information questions to the appropriate Medical Science Liaison.System Maintenance & Improvement: Maintain KOL tracking, medical review, and inquiry management systems while supporting process enhancements.
• Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and system support to the NA Medical Affairs team as needed.
What education and experience are required?
• Experience in medical affairs or scientific communications within the pharmaceutical/medical device industry or hospital management or education experience.
• Masters Degree preferred.

• Proficiency with medical information systems and CRM platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and regionally (10-20%)
