Full Job Description
We are now seeking a Medicaid Reimbursement Manager to join our team!

This position is responsible for overseeing the Company's Medicaid reimbursement program, including eligibility, billing, collections, and regulatory compliance. This role partners closely with community teams, corporate departments, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely Medicaid reimbursement across multiple communities.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Medicaid eligibility, billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
  • Serve as the corporate subject matter expert for Medicaid reimbursement.
  • Partner with third-party billing and eligibility vendors to ensure timely claims processing and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and reconcile Medicaid accounts, payments, adjustments, and outstanding receivables.
  • Conduct billing audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with Medicaid regulations.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Compliance teams on reconciliations, credentialing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and support community and corporate teams on Medicaid policies and best practices.
  • Assist with onboarding new communities, system implementations, and business office process improvements.


What You'll Bring:

  • Experience managing Medicaid reimbursement programs, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or senior living.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid billing, eligibility, reimbursement methodologies, EOBs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.
  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare or senior living operations is a plus.
