Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of media transition activities to ensure seamless movement of communication efforts between operational phases, platforms, audiences, and stakeholders.

  • Develop transition strategies that sustain narrative continuity, audience engagement, and operational effectiveness throughout campaign lifecycles.

  • Coordinate with content, creative, cultural, distribution, and media planning teams to synchronize messaging and communication activities during transitions.

  • Manage the transition of media campaigns, communication products, and engagement activities across multiple platforms, regions, and target audiences.

  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies associated with media transitions and develop mitigation strategies to maintain continuity of operations.

  • Ensure messaging, themes, and narratives remain aligned with PSYOP, OIE, and Commander objectives throughout transition periods.

  • Develop transition plans, timelines, governance processes, and reporting mechanisms to support operational requirements.

  • Monitor media performance, audience engagement, and information environment changes to inform transition decisions and adjustments.

  • Coordinate with mission partners, commercial entities, platform providers, and operational stakeholders to facilitate successful media transitions.

  • Provide recommendations to leadership regarding transition readiness, operational risk, audience impacts, and sustainment requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Strategic Communications, Marketing, Business, Project Management, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting media operations, strategic communications, influence operations, program transitions, campaign management, or related disciplines.

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex communication initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, platforms, and operational requirements.

  • Experience developing transition plans, implementation strategies, and risk mitigation approaches supporting communication or operational objectives.
