Summary

Merkley+Partners is looking for a Media Supervisor with proven pharmaceutical media

experience to join our growing team. This individual will lead omnichannel planning and execution

for a healthcare client across DTC and/or HCP efforts. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-

paced, integrated environment and is comfortable navigating both performance and compliance-

driven planning.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead media strategy, planning, and activation for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring

alignment with brand objectives, regulatory requirements, and target audience behaviors.
• Develop omnichannel media plans spanning digital, traditional, programmatic, search,

social, endemic, and non-personal promotion channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate business objectives into clear,

data-informed media strategies.
• Interpret media performance and market research to deliver insightful reporting and

optimization recommendations.
• Maintain awareness of pharma-specific considerations, including FDA compliance,

audience segmentation, and platform regulations.
• Manage and mentor planners and assistant planners, fostering team growth and quality of

work.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media vendors, and cross-functional

agency teams.

Qualifications
• Pharmaceutical media experience is required, including familiarity with DTC and HCP

planning and execution.
• Understanding of compliance processes, target list execution, patient journeys, and

regulatory considerations in healthcare media.
• Strong fluency across media platforms including linear TV, CTV, digital display, paid

social, SEM, and endemic platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to drive media decisions and communicate

results clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead client

conversations and present strategic recommendations.
• Passion for staying up to date on the evolving media landscape, particularly within

healthcare and consumer marketing.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Professional Experience & Tools
• 3+ years of experience in media planning/buying.
• Strong command of media tools and platforms: Prisma, DCM, Media Tools, Nielsen,

ComScore, Pathmatics, and pharma-specific tools like Crossix, IQVIA, Veeva, or

Swoop.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
