Job Subfunction: Media Planning and Buying
Job Description:Responsibilities:- Oversee campaign implementation from start to finish - includes partnership research, strategic and tactical recommendation, deck creation, client presentation, and any necessary follow-ups
- Responsible and accountable for the daily management of campaigns, including understanding and optimizing performance drivers and being able to provide actionable recommendations based on data
- Ensure media plans deliver on marketing objectives and meet efficiency goals by performing insightful campaign analyses reporting
- Manage day-to-day client relationships
- Oversee daily tasks of media planners and assistant media planners to ensure organization of the greater team as well as individual growth
Qualifications:- Strong communication skills are essential; maintaining the best possible relationship with clients, vendors and external and internal agency partners
- Full knowledge of digital media (Programmatic, CTV, streaming audio, custom digital programs, etc.) best practices, tools and technologies
- Thorough understanding of specific marketing goals across various brands and how to cater each media plan accordingly
- Ability to communicate data findings and reports in a clear, cogent fashion
- A passion for staying abreast the ever-changing media landscape; using learnings to inform strategic discussions and decisions
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong prioritization capabilities; someone who embodies a can-do attitude
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
