Full Job Description
Media Director (Organic Content & Brand Growth)
Remote - GA, SC, AL, FL, TX, Chicago

The Role

Every day, people get hurt and don't know they have rights. They get lowballed by insurance adjusters, told to "just accept the settlement," and never find out there was another way, because nobody ever showed them.

That's the gap we're closing with content. Not brand fluff. Not vanity metrics. Real education, real stories, real reach, built to find people at the exact moment they need to know someone's in their corner.

We're hiring a Media Director to build that machine and run it like it's yours. Full ownership of strategy, production, platforms, and a real budget to back it. Here's what that actually looks like:

What You'll Own

  • Strategy & Growth: Set the organic content strategy across every platform, run the editorial calendar, and use data to keep pushing performance
  • Production: Lead short and long-form video, reels, podcasts, client stories, and event coverage, directing videographers, editors, and creative vendors from concept to publish
  • Platforms: Go hands-on across Meta, YouTube, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn
  • Brand Assets: Own marketing collateral and design consistency across digital and physical touchpoints, including direct mail
  • Influencers & Vendors: Source, negotiate, and manage creator partnerships, agencies, and production vendors
  • Budget: Manage and allocate a multi-million-dollar annual media budget for strong ROI

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in media, content marketing, or digital brand leadership
  • A proven track record scaling large organic audiences
  • Strong production, storytelling, and creative direction chops
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and influencer relationships
  • Law firm or professional services marketing experience.

This Role Isn't For You If

You measure success by follower count instead of business impact. Or you need six approvals before you can post.

Success Looks Like

Within 12 months: measurably grown organic reach and engagement, a repeatable content production engine, expanded influencer partnerships, and content that's consistently moving the needle on the firm's growth goals.

If you're the kind of person who sees a camera, a following, and a budget as tools for actual impact, not just engagement, we want to talk.
