Summary:As a Mechatronics Engineer, you will be designing, plan, research, evaluate, and test electrical and electronic equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:- Conduct research into the feasibility, design operation and performance research of electrical generation and components and electronic communications, instrumentations and control systems, equipment and components.
- Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications.
- Design electrical and electronic components, systems and equipment.
- Conduct micro or nanodevices simulations, characterization, process modeling and integration in the development of new electronic devices and products.
- Supervise and inspect the installation and operation of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
- Develop maintenance and operating standards for electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
- Investigate electrical or electronic failures.
- Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for construction or maintenance.
- Supervise technicians, technologists, programmers, analyst and other engineers.
What You'll Bring:- BSc in Electrical Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RF design;
- Rich experience designing RF components, especially power amplifiers, synthesizers and related circuitry;
- Good knowledge of EM theory;
- Design Experience for RF circuits for frequencies above 10GHz.
- Hands-on experience with schematic capture & PCB layout;
- Hands-on experience building, integrating and troubleshooting circuits;
- Hands-on experience testing RF circuits and components;
- Experience designing waveguide components and analog and digital circuitry;
- Experience designing for manufacturability;
- Thorough understanding of RF assembly processes;
- Experience with the following software: ADS, EMPro, HFSS, Altium, Waspnet;
