About the job

A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Google's projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique engineering and operational challenges we face daily. As the Mechanical Supply Planning Manager for the Mechanical Yard (MYD)/Data Center Hall (DCH) product verticals, you will lead the strategic transformation of our planning organization. You will define and advocate planning best practices, optimize inventory and supply chain strategies, and lead a high-performing planning team to support our global data center infrastructure growth.

In this role, you will oversee the supply planning for high-impact, complex mechanical infrastructure components-including Chillers, cooling towers, Power Network Modules (PNMs), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Modular cooling systems, Mechanical Transfer Switches (MTS), Busduct, and busplugs. You will be responsible for orchestrating the supply plan across both Tier 1 integrators and Tier 2 suppliers, managing inventory control, and publishing the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) to drive Google's key Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $236000 - $330000 (USD) 25% bonus target equity benefits
