Mechanical Project Manager - Jacksonville, FL and surrounding area

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead and coordinate the mechanical scope of projects in and around Jacksonville, Florida. Qualified candidates located outside the area may be eligible for relocation assistance.
What You'll Do

The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical work on assigned projects. You'll work closely with mechanical superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to keep work safe, on schedule, within budget, and compliant with contract and government requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred; High School diploma or GED required
  • Additional education or training in construction management, project management, mechanical trades, BIM, CADD, or related areas is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing mechanical work on commercial or government construction projects valued at $5 million or more
  • Mechanical field or trade experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with military, government, large-scale commercial, or Design-Build projects preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Primavera P6 preferred; training available
  • Experience with BIM software preferred; training available
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed
