Full-Time The RoleWe're hiring Project Managers who command quality, safety, and efficiency.
What You'll Do:- Manage and be responsible for project team's work including the field Foreman. This includes productivity of field forces and enforcement of work rules.
- Creation, monitoring, and updating of project schedule
- Creation, monitoring, and updating of cost breakdown
- Price, negotiate and process change orders. Maintain change order log.
- Coordinate with Tools & Equipment to ensure jobs have adequate tools and equipment
- Manage all subcontractors
- Ensure job sites are being kept safe
- Estimation of projects
- Perform other duties when asked
You Bring:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills accompanied by strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time and resources
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Team mentality
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft products
- Microsoft Dynamics and Bluebeam experience preferred
- Strong commercial HVAC, plumbing, and/or piping trade knowledge
- Ability to climb and work in tight areas
