Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role focuses on three core areas: project planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination; team and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and customers; and financial and performance management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; proactively identify and mitigate risks and delays.
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Lead, mentor, and support project team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners as needed.
• Oversee overall project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and support company initiatives.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience, strong focus in mechanical construction preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with construction/project management software preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Geographic Disclosure

Compensation Range: $80,000-$110,000

Other Compensation: Bonus eligible
