Mechanical Engineer
The Opportunity:

Applies engineering physics, engineering mathematics, and materials science principles to support the design, analysis, manufacture, or maintenance of mechanical systems. Applies advanced advisory skills or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.

You Have:
  • Experience with assembly, integration, and testing
  • Knowledge of Mechanical principles as they apply to electronic equipment
  • Ability to Lead efforts to support the client in operation and improvement of electrical test articles
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with reading and interpreting schematics
  • Knowledge of EMI and thermal concepts
  • Ability to assist with design and fabrication efforts of test equipment
  • Ability to draft technical documents
  • Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
