About the JobJob Title: Mechanical Engineer - Aerospace & Defense/Manufacturing (Mid-Level)
Pay Range: ($45-$55/hr, BOE)
Location: Glendale, CA (100% On-Site)

Experience Level: Mid-Level, 3-5 Yrs of Experience
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components.
- Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software (Solidworks).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, electrical, and project management.
- Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation.
- Improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control guidelines.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred for senior roles).
- Proven experience in mechanical design, development, and analysis (3-5yrs).
- Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.).
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with machining/hand tools A PLUS!
