Job Summary

We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer to help design, develop, and support innovative mechanical solutions for complex products and systems. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys balancing hands-on problem solving, technical design, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will contribute to the full product lifecycle - from concept development and detailed design through testing, validation, manufacturing support, and product improvement. You'll work closely with engineering, program management, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that meet customer and business needs.

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems to meet performance, cost, schedule, and manufacturability requirements
  • Create and maintain engineering documentation, including 3D models, 2D drawings, bills of materials, specifications, test plans and reports
  • Perform engineering analyses such as tolerance stack-ups, structural or thermal evaluations, material selection, failure analysis
  • Support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program leadership
  • Evaluate design changes and implement improvements to enhance reliability, producibility, and cost efficiency
  • Support transition from development to production, including manufacturing readiness and issue resolution
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable internal standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations
  • Participate in design reviews and present technical findings to internal stakeholders


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
  • Some relevant mechanical engineering experience (an internship or more)
  • Experience with 3D CAD modeling and drawing creation
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T
  • Experience supporting product development, testing, and design validation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
