How You'll Create Impact

  • You will develop and specify product functional requirements and testing strategies according to user needs, internal and external standards and regulatory requirements
  • You will design, test and integrate components and sub-assemblies to produce the overall final product design
  • You will identify root causes of issues, determine potential solutions, and evaluate them against requirements
  • You will work closely and collaboratively with other members of the development team, collaborate with contract manufacturers, designers and product specialists
  • You will achieve relevant performance, time-to-market objectives, and product and project cost targets, all while achieving product quality goals
  • You will develop hardware according to system and subsystems requirements, create CAD 3D models and detailed engineering drawings meeting company drafting standards


What Makes You Stand Out

  • You have experience developing power tools
  • You have experience in engineering simulations such as FEA and CFD
  • You have experience leading or participating in risk analysis evaluation and dFMEA
  • You are familiar with risk management tools and techniques
  • You are proficient in stackup tolerance analysis techniques for mechanical assemblies
  • You have experience developing medical devices and familiar with V&V testing and 510K submission activities
  • Past experience with thermal treatment of stainless steel and welding experience


Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
  • You have working knowledge of 3D modeling software
  • Experience in EMC and Safety Testing for IEC60601 certification
  • Experience with Solidworks
  • Direct expereince working in the Medical Device industry
