Job Description:The primary responsibilities of this position are to perform mechanical systems design and analysis including thermal, structure, mechanism, and packaging design & analysis for natural and induced environments. This includes loads definition, vibration for flight and ground applications, and vibe shock and acoustics analysis.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field;
- Experience with Thermal Analysis;
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically stress and structural evaluation;
- Proficiency with CAD programs preferred;
- Experience with CREO;
- Basic understanding of electromagnetic and electro-mechanical component and system design preferred;
- Secret clearance; and
- Must be a US citizen.
