JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:- Aligned with 1 to 3 concurrent prototype project teams assisting with design, build, or test phases.
- Troubleshooting equipment, tracking prototype inventory, and providing logistics support.
- Enable prototype delivery for high-velocity and high-priority projects while working safely and efficiently.
- Engage with partner team engineers to develop best practices for prototype designs and manufacturing.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Support partner engineering teams with rapid design, analysis, and prototype manufacturing of electrified machines and systems.
- Operate and maintain prototyping machinery including 3D printers, CNC cutting/milling/welding, and electrical cable/harness fabrication.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:- Years of experience: 5+
- Degree requirement: prefer ME, EE, Software Controls, Industrial Eng
- Open to 2 year degree with 9 Years experience - as long as in applicable tech area
- Master's must have 5 years
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:- CAD design
- Mechanic and Fabrication skills
- CNC machinery operations and diagnostics
- Microsoft Suite skills
- Creo design, Creo Simulate, DFMA/design for prototyping.

The pay range for this role is:
82,000 - 87,000 USD per year (Mossville, IL )
