Mechanical Design Project Leader to help build it.

What You'll Do- Lead mechanical design for robotics and automation projects
- Coordinate engineering work across mechanical, electrical, and software teams
- Manage projects from concept and design through build, testing, and delivery
- Support assembly and testing by troubleshooting design issues in real time
- Help develop project plans, schedules, and technical proposals
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
- Join client discussions, design reviews, and key project milestones
QualificationsWhat You Bring- 5-10 years of mechanical design experience in automation, robotics, or machinery
- Experience leading or coordinating technical projects
- Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or similar)
- Ability to balance hands-on design work with project leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication across teams, functions, and, at times, with clients
