Works through complex design challenges involving conflicting requirements, non-standard materials, and coordination across multiple teams.

Independently plans and performs component tests, including flow testing, spray characterization, structural analysis, and durability validation.

Participates in and promotes process improvements within assigned areas.

Provides direct support to sales and development by contributing to proposals and design reviews.

Collaborates closely with manufacturing engineering, quality, suppliers, and customers to support producibility and resolve technical issues.

Participates in peer reviews, FMEAs, and risk assessments, and recommends design changes based on test results and analysis.
