Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commissioning mechanical or HVAC systems, particularly in data centers or industrial plants.
• Proven ability to execute detailed functional tests and document results comprehensively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trend data and identify issues.
• Experience with design error detection and resolution during commissioning processes.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in live working environments.
• Preferred experience with liquid cooling commissioning and FAT development.

Responsibilities

• Commission mechanical systems, ensuring cooling plants and distribution conform to design specifications.
• Execute and enhance scripts for functional tests, identifying gaps and rectifying the reference package.
• Analyze data trends, correlating test results with thermal models to ensure system efficiency.
• Support factory processes like mechanical Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for modules pre-dispatch.
• Identify and troubleshoot design errors during commissioning phases, ensuring resolution before upstream production.
