Are you an experienced claims leader who thrives on developing high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Mechanical Claims Manager to lead a dynamic claims organization dedicated to providing best-in-class support to customers, dealers, and agents.

In this role, you will oversee claim senior adjusters and adjusters while ensuring timely and accurate claims administration. You will play a critical role in team development, process improvement, performance management, and strategic business initiatives that contribute to organizational growth and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of claim professionals.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new team members.
  • Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development plans.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and results-driven culture.
Claims Operations
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of mechanical claims.
  • Oversee claim setup, adjudication, and resolution activities.
  • Provide guidance on complex claims and escalated customer situations.
  • Maintain compliance with contract provisions, company policies, and fair claims practices.
  • Monitor service levels and team productivity to ensure performance goals are achieved.
Customer & Partner Relationships
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, business partners, agents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage escalated inquiries and support key client relationships.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and operational teams to drive positive outcomes.
  • Respond to regulatory, BBB, and Department of Insurance inquiries as required.
Process Improvement & Business Support
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support claims policies, procedures, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Participate in product development efforts and new product launches.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of claims or claims administration leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of call center supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Proven success in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
