Your daily impact- Technical supervision, coordination, verification and design of various mechanical building systems projects from concept design to completion of construction.
- Work as part of a team to carry out building-related mechanical systems design projects for various sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural and residential).
- Connect with clients to understand their needs.
- Survey existing installations.
- Analyze, design and adapt building-related installations.
- Prepare various types of client reports.
- Manage the project and the relationships with the client.
Your profile- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (specializing in building) or building engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical building systems design.
- Member in good standing of PEO (Professional Engineers Ontario)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and HAP heat loads calculations software.
- Capability to write reports, complete site visits, and design mechanical and plumbing systems with minimum supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative spirit and positive leadership to influence technical decisions and client relationships.
- Eligibility to get a Government of Canada Reliability Status

Hourly salary range: $40 - $54 per hour, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, scope of the role, and geographic location.
