Mechanical and Plumbing Project ManagerWhat You'll Do:- Lead and manage multiple mechanical and plumbing construction projects, from kickoff to close-out.
- Supervise and mentor a team of Project Engineers.
- Review contracts, create budgets, develop schedules, and drive timely, on-budget delivery.
- Work with field teams to ensure quality, compliance, and safety.
- Build strong client relationships and represent CES in a business development capacity.
- Spearhead change orders, procurement, billing, and more - while always keeping the big picture in focus.
What You Bring:- 5+ years in mechanical construction project management; 2.5+ in a supervisory role.
- Proven knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical piping.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A drive to mentor others and elevate team performance.
- Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- A valid Florida driver's license (and insurability).
