You will be responsible for the proactive identification of project risks, assess quantitative data, perform root cause and corrective action, and collaborate with production, testing, and design personnel responsible for small rocket motors. You Have: 310+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment 35+ years of experience as a systems engineer Experience working as an In-service engineer Experience working with energetics, propellants, or solid rocket motors Ability to collaborate with people from test, manufacturing, and operations backgrounds Ability to make data driven decisions and recommendations Ability to determine and interpret client business and technical requirements and drawings Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Engineering Nice If You Have: Experience with Naval weapons Experience with small rocket motors Experience leading Integrated Product Teams Experience with risk management Possession of strong analytical skills INCOSE systems engineering Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
