Full Job Description
Position: MDS Specialist

Pay Range: $42.00 - $55.00/HR DOE

Location: , 2430 N. 13th St., Shelton, WA 98584

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements
  • Ensure assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each resident
  • Ensure accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided
  • Ensure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy


Requirements:
  • Current LPN or RN state licensure without any enforcement action against it
  • Previous MDS 3.0 experience required
  • Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English
