What You'll Do- Complete resident assessments and MDS documentation
- Partner with the care team to develop resident care plans
- Ensure assessments are accurate, timely, and compliant
- Support Medicare and Managed Care processes
- Help drive quality outcomes and reimbursement accuracy
What You'll Need- Current Hawaii RN license
- Previous MDS Coordinator experience
- Strong knowledge of the RAI process and case management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to meet all employment screening requirements
