We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (MDM) to join our ever-evolving Data & AI team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming Master Data Management (MDM) strategy into enterprise-wide outcomes that power analytics, reporting, risk management, compliance, and business operations. You will drive the delivery and adoption of trusted, high-quality customer and merchant data, enabling smarter decisions, stronger business performance, and scalable growth across Global Payments. Working with cross-functional leaders, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will influence how data is managed and consumed across the organization while helping advance our mission to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that support the future of global payments.

• Drive the delivery and adoption of the Master Data Management roadmap, ensuring trusted customer and merchant data supports critical business operations, analytics, risk management, and compliance outcomes across the enterprise.
• Lead prioritization of product investments and execution outcomes, balancing business value, technical dependencies, and stakeholder needs to deliver measurable improvements in data quality, adoption, and operational efficiency.
• Shape scalable data solutions by translating business priorities into technical requirements, enabling seamless integration across customer relationship management (CRM), onboarding, analytics, and enterprise platforms.
• Influence enterprise data quality and governance outcomes, reducing duplicate records, improving data accuracy, and increasing confidence in data-driven decision-making through measurable performance indicators.
• Champion cross-functional alignment and product excellence, driving successful releases, accelerating adoption, and creating lasting business value through collaboration with data, engineering, architecture, and business teams.

• Proven experience leading technical product management, product ownership, or Master Data Management initiatives, with a track record of delivering complex data products and business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Master Data Management principles, including golden records, entity resolution, data quality, stewardship, and reference data management.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions, data requirements, and delivery plans that create measurable value.
• Experience leading Agile delivery practices, managing product backlogs, and driving execution across cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability for results.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across technical and business audiences.

• Experience with enterprise Master Data Management platforms such as Reltio, Informatica, or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data ecosystems, modern data architectures, and large-scale data modernization initiatives.
• Experience within payments, financial services, merchant acquiring, or regulated industries, including familiarity with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
