  • Manages and grows sophisticated client portfolios, driving cross‑sell penetration, share‑of‑wallet expansion, retention, and profitability while consistently delivering and exceeding business and portfolio performance goals.
  • Represents the Bank at relevant industry forums and conferences, leveraging insights on market, competitive, regulatory, and client trends to inform strategy, guide internal decision‑making, and proactively adjust coverage approaches and solution priorities in a changing environment.
  • Provides strategic leadership across enterprise‑level committees, initiatives, and task forces, serving as a senior resource with deep industry expertise while improving how the organization operates to better support scale, responsiveness, and client outcomes.
  • Partners closely with internal product, credit, risk, and operational teams to define, deliver, and evolve integrated products and solutions that align with client needs, risk parameters, and business strategy.
  • Communicates complex financial, structural, and strategic considerations clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders, enabling alignment across teams, informed decision‑making, and effective execution.
  • Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies, applying the Bank’s Risk Management Framework to take measured, risk‑informed decisions that protect assets, uphold risk culture, and support sustainable growth.
  • Fosters strong internal and external networks, influencing how teams collaborate and operate across the enterprise to achieve shared business and client objectives.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as required.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated capability leading and executing complex financings and related transactions, including acquisition financing, recapitalizations, asset‑based lending (ABL), equipment finance, syndications, and working capital solutions.
  • Strong client coverage or portfolio responsibility experience, including driving cross‑sell outcomes, share‑of‑wallet growth, client retention, and achievement of business and portfolio performance objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
