Maryland Account Manager and Field Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, site visits, and industry engagement across Maryland.
  • Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through customer interactions, referrals, industry events, and ongoing account development.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by serving as a consistent and trusted point of contact.
  • Field Engagement: Participate in field service activities including preventative maintenance, system reviews, and troubleshooting to deepen system knowledge and customer trust.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify system improvements, upgrades, and service opportunities through direct involvement at customer sites.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Pureflow at local industry events, customer meetings, and training sessions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, service technicians, and leadership to ensure alignment between customer needs and execution.
  • Reporting: Track and report on customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
