MBSE Systems AnalystContingent upon prime contractor approval
Purpose:- Valkyrie Enterprises has need for a MBSE Systems Analyst in Huntsville, AL.
- In this role you will aid the MDA Chief Engineer in transforming the agency approach to engineering. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with MBSE tools and can use the tools to help move the agency away from document-driven engineering.
Job Description:- Assist with capturing and developing new system models to become the backbone for how MDA will approach future engineering efforts.
- Leverage your skills with a variety of MBSE tools.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to collaborate on models.
Qualifications:- Must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 7+ years of experience.
- Must have strong Model-based engineering experience.
- Must have the ability to excel in a team setting.
- Must have experience with Interface or Interoperability engineering domains.
Desired Qualifications:- Expertise in MBSE Tools (SysML, Cameo, MathWorks Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, ModelCenter, etc.), preferred.
- MDA Experience, preferred.
- Expertise in C2, data transport, PNT, or interoperability, preferred.
Security Requirements:- Must have an Active Secret clearance and the ability to maintain it.
Travel Requirements:- Minimal Travel; 10% or less
- If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. Physical Requirements:- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods
- Able to sit and work on a computer for long periods of time
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Communicating with others to exchange information
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds
