We have an opportunity for a Materials Supervisor to join our Delavan, WI team. You will be responsible for overall performance and lead the production team to continuously improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash, while also ensuring talent development of the team.

You will:

  • Ensure a safe and ergonomic work environment for the team and encourage suggestions, actions, and ownership for improvement.
  • Ensure process and product quality through the adherence to standard work and other related documents/procedures.
  • Supporting the team to adhere to cycle counting monthly goals and maintaining compliance of program.
  • Maintain a PFEP for all storage locations.
  • Be responsible for staffing requirements the meet the established goals/line rates.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through established depletion/replenishment systems and cycle counting processes.
  • Be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of team members for career/talent development.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the team operates with a WIN RIGHT mentality and operates within the policies and procedures of Pentair.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200 – $113600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with a demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
