- Partner with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, and finance to align material availability with program timing and budget needs.
- Build scalable processes for inventory accuracy, allocation, receiving, labeling, kitting, and build readiness as the program grows.
- Identify long-lead and high-risk materials early, recommend mitigation plans, and help reduce last-minute expediting and build delays.
We're excited about you because...- You have 5+ years of experience in materials planning, supply planning, production planning, procurement operations, inventory control, or equivalent experience.
- You have experience owning material readiness or clear-to-build planning for hardware, manufacturing, robotics, drones, or equivalent programs.
- You are comfortable working with complex bills of materials, supplier lead times, purchase orders, inventory, demand forecasts, and build schedules.
- You can operate with ambiguity, build structure where processes are still developing, and communicate risks clearly to cross-functional partners.
