  • Provide leadership and accountability for purchasing, shipping, receiving, and materials teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and Finance
  • Develop KPIs, departmental goals, budgets, and strategic operational plans
  • Support continuous improvement and long-term planning initiatives

Job Summary

Materials Manager to lead material planning, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics operations supporting both domestic and Mexico manufacturing facilities. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support customer delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will bring strong supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, excellent ERP/MRP knowledge, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead materials planning, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics operations
