Full Job Description
One of our top solar clients is seeking a Materials Manager to lead strategic inventory optimization and materials flow at its Fort Mill, SC facility. This role reports to the Global Supply Chain Director and plays a key part in ensuring agile, cost-effective operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will align cross-functional teams, manage global suppliers, and support sustainability initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years in inventory/materials management, including 5+ years in automotive, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing
• IBP and SIOP expertise
• Advanced ERP proficiency

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• MBA or Master's in Supply Chain
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 or IPC-610 standards
