A Snapshot of Your Day The Materials Engineer in the innovation organization will be working in a highly motivated, experienced and interdisciplinary team responsible for designing, developing, and testing new materials and improve existing materials for various applications. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including commercial leads, engineering, and end customers. Responsibilities include strong alignment of customer needs and business objectives to ensure that products fit into overall strategy and roadmap. The role involves technical support for supplier and customer meetings, managing R&D and innovation projects . The position requires a strategic thinker who will work closely with stakeholders in developing and shaping our products and services.

What You Bring - Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred) in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
