Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• High technical and business knowledge of the EMS industry is critical.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and follow through on commitments.
• Experience in working across diverse cultures and time zones is essential.
• Certifications such as ISM, CPM, APICS or KARASS Negotiating would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to provide competitive pricing quotations for new and existing business.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure competitive component pricing in a timely manner.
• Review and ensure the competitiveness of historical and standard pricing quotations.
• Implement standardized costing procedures for consistent cost outputs.
• Oversee repricing strategies to maintain a balance between competitiveness and margin.
• Develop and manage Purchase Price Variance (PPV) goals to align with corporate objectives.
• Facilitate communication and manage changes in customer engineering change notices (ECN) and updates.
