What You Will Do- Advise the Supply Chain Management Lead as well as the Program Management Office on material strategies, plans and supplier risk mitigation activities
- Responsible for supporting the development, coordination and execution of all program material strategies, supply chain objectives, and enterprise objectives
- Early supplier involvement that is focused on strategic sourcing initiatives
- Support Supply Chain proposal activities including task descriptions and basis of estimates that support price to win (PTW) targets
- Support the development and execution of material program plans (MPP)
- Establish Material Sales Forecasts for assigned programs
- Support the development and execution of risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives
- Partner cross functionally with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues along side procurement and program functions
- Exert influence to achieve overall objectives and long-range goals of the program and the program IPT team
- Frequently lead discussions and presentations to all levels of management and senior leadership
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs
- Domestic travel
- Be responsible for Material inputs and analysis to Estimates at Complete
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Experience with SAP and/or related material planning tool/s
- Minimum 4 years experience in a Supply Chain role and/or program/project management position
- Experience working with suppliers in a program/project management role, and/or other capacity evaluating/tracking/managing supplier partnerships or performance.
Qualifications We Prefer- Knowledge of Earned Value
- Experience with government regulations (i.e., FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, TINA, etc.)
- Experience with Design to Cost and Cost Reduction Initiative activities
- Experience with Proposals

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
