Job Title: Material and Supply Planner
Location: Pearl River, NY
Main Responsibilities
Manage execution and planning (0–36-month horizon) monthly cycle incl. budget in collaboration with critical material management.
Assesses the availability of materials.
Manages material issues with Site Scheduler and Manager of Warehouse and Logistics, depending on the horizon of the issue.
Responsible to work with Head of Supply Chain/ Product Team Lead to develop and monitor Supply Plans NH and subsequent SH campaigns.
Support all the actions needed to ensure the current Vaccines campaign executes as plan.
Management of the end-to-end supply of the current Vaccines NH campaign starting from demand, development of production plans (meeting country specific requirements) and monitoring the finished good supply plan.
Work with Product Quality and CMOs to develop and execute effective shipping schedule to allow for on time QC testing and manufacturing
Identifies and implements areas for process improvements for the delivery Vaccines product required for supply.
Support the implementation and use of new Planning and Execution Monitoring tools.
Work with Head of Supply Chain/ Product Lead to ensure end to end production and release of ~$400M in sales on an annual basis for the product lines.
This position will support management of approximately 2 products thru 6 planning levels from antigen thru finished goods for over 5 countries.
This position will be a key interface to Strategic International Growth within Sanofi
Responsible for supporting Head of Supply Chain/Product Team Lead with direct contact with:
International customers
Vaccines Franchise
Local site: Regulatory, Batch Release, Quality, Trade Compliance, Transportation, Operations Planning, Procurement, Finance
About You
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree, master's degree preferred.
1+ years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, preferred experience in Supply Chain
1+ years of experience working with Excel, Microsoft Word Office 365, iShift , TEAMS, Power BI, Snowflake or other ERP and reporting systems.

The salary range for this position is:
$71.250,00 - $102.916,66
