Full Job Description
Position Summary: The Kenjya-Trusant Group is looking for a Master Scheduler responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrated project schedules to support the successful execution and timely delivery of program objectives.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules using advanced scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Ensure schedules are aligned with project milestones, deadlines, and resource availability.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Work closely with project managers and team leads to balance workloads and address resource constraints.
  • Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular schedule risk assessments and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on schedule status, progress, and any changes.
  • Facilitate meetings with project teams to review schedules and address any issues.
  • Ensure all scheduling activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of schedules and related communications.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior schedulers and project team members.
  • Mentor and train team members on scheduling best practices and tools.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in scheduling, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly.
  • Extensive DoD (preferably NSA) experience required.
  • Must be proactive and possesses excellent communication skills to fill this role on a very high visibility program in B7.
  • Experience in defense, intelligence, or federal projects is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Desired/Preferred Skills:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is preferred.
  • Certification in scheduling (e.g., Certified Associate in Project Management Scheduling (CAPS)) is a plus.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
